1. Wings

Just before fitting the wings to the fuse for the first time I attempted to make some sense out of the wing-wiring. Most builders with websites chose to lay lengths of Vans 3/4" conduit to carry wing wiring. I chose to use the three sets of tooling holes which lie just behind the main spar. Here are the items I have to wire...

 

Right wing

1. Nav lights (one 16ga wire, one ground wire)
2. Strobe (One sheilded cable - 1/4")
3. One autopiot servo (x 16ga, y 12 ga, soldered to servo connector)

 

Left wing

1. Nav light (one 16 ga, one ground wire)
2. Strobe (one shielded cable 1/4")
3. Heated pitot
4. Landing light

So there is pleny to worry about. I decided to just insert 1/4" gromets in the ribs and wiore everything up as safe aas possible:-
